RETURN POLICY
At Producing Shoe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Shoes must show no signs of wear, scuffing, or damage.
- Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Visit producingshoe.com and log into your account to initiate a return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
REFUND PROCESS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on producingshoe.com.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency, minus any non-refundable charges.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
